Who or what is Minseok?

Growing up Min has always been a little extra star struck by stars in the sky at night. He thought it was normal, or at least a normal hyperfixation. Until he met Blake. Blake was an angel who had been using his powers as cupid to help single people meet their soulmates. Min had met Blake through a friend who used Blake's services to meet who would be his wife. Min sat in as emotional support with his friend and Blake, his friend was hesitant to go alone as he didnt believe it and was admittedly scared. The second meeting Min had more questions and conversation with Blake than his friend did, which led to them agreeing that Min would sit in with Blake in a few other clients meetings. Min didn't believe he was Cupid at the time, so he wanted to know more. After only a few meetings they decided to just simply hang out and become friends. The two were hanging out one day baking some cakes for valentines day. Min accidentally cut his finger on the cake knife when Blake was turned away. But instead of normal red blood it seemed to have ... Gold glitter? Min thought for a moment they haven't used any gold for their cakes, at least not yet, and there wasn't much pain, only after the initial cut. "Blake..?" He turned to get his angelic opinion. When Blake investigated his hand his face seemed to change through 10 different emotions which only worried Min more. Min yells at him to tell him what he was thinking. Blakes smiles at him before wiping his smile away. "No. there's no way." He grabs a cloth and wipes the blood away to reveal the cut had already healed, as if it was never there. Blake cant help but laugh in shock. "there's no way." he mutters under his breath. He demands to go to the heavens with him to see if his suspicion was correct. Min agreed with a slight tint of fear starting to take over. He asked Blake to explain on the way at least. Blake explained what the heavens discovered and named Star Children. He explained that every 100-1000 years a random living being who is yet to be born & they deem worthy, is chosen by the stars themselves being given more power than even the gods. Though they have no responsibility, nothing to serve, no higher duties. They can live however long they'd like, and basically do whatever they want. Their blood runs Gold and they rarely get seriously injured. It's an incredibly rare thing, especially for an earth human to be chosen. Blake gave an example of what was chosen in his experience as the flower that inspired the movie Tangled. He explained that he could be wrong as its such an insanely rare thing to happen but he still wants to check with the heavens. No one has control over who is chosen as they get chosen by the stars themselves, the heavens find out from monitoring outstanding phenomenon around the universe. As Min hasn't had a break of insane power quite yet, they wouldn't already know, though they can run a few quick tests to check. Once they arrive they run the appropriate tests on him and discover he is indeed the new chosen Star Child. They explain he has no obligations and if the stars chose him they trust him not to do any evil with his power and basically just to have fun with it. Nothing more need be done. After that Blake would take him to the heavens every once in a while to look at the stars, as they were his true home. But once he got kicked out of Heaven Min didn't see him for years, he just vanished one day Min having no idea what had happened. After about 8 years they finally run into each other again, Blakes hair turned jet black as he lost his angelic silver due to his cupid & angel status being stripped from him, only being left with immortality. At least they would forever have each other. Best friends through all of time.
